Excellent food and fair prices

This restaurant wasn't our first choice. We were happily surprised by the prices and the food. I ordered the house special Greek omelet which was wonderful and my friend ordered the breakfast sandwich with hash browns. Food was out in under 10 minutes and hot and fresh. Total bill beat McDonald's! A whopping 11.00! Goes to show you there are still places that understand the working man's pocket book! Give it a try😁

I've been working in the mall for years, from back when this was Critic's and would come here all the time and still do. This is and will always be one of my favorite restaurants. The layout is very spacious and the servers are amazing.Let's talk about the menu here!There's so many different varieties from breakfast to lunch and dinner. I'm huge on breakfast in the mornings... so I'd always get their breakfast sandwich and a piece of chocolate cake ( hey don't judge me haha)But yes I would most definitely recommend Jim's 👍🏾EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We had a very nice dinner for Valentine's day. Very reasonable with a special menu. Food wad excellent. Service was excellent. Carrot cake was excellent.

Food was good, reasonably priced, the staff was friendly and attentive without being annoying. The restaurant is away from the food court and is nice and quiet, at least at the time I went on a Saturday afternoon.

I brought my children here many years ago when there was two separate malls when it was Critics. Lots of food choices, always very clean, love it!

I was delighted to see that Jim's at The Mall is now delivering.My daughter's birthday was the 24th. Since we didn't want to leave the house, I took advantage of email from another restaurant offering free delivery.That was a big mistake; the food was just awful.To make it up to my daughter, I decided to order take out from Jim's. When I went to the website, I was happy to see that they are now doing delivery.The food was excellent! My daughter is a picky eater and they got her meal just right (including the side order of pickles!)Both the woman who took my order and the one who did the delivery were super friendly.I had such a good experience, I ordered again yesterday with the same result - quick service and great food!

I have never had a bad meal here. Good homemade food. Lots of healthy choices. There service is as good as the food. GREAT!

Ordered the simplest thing on the menu and the chef butchered it. How do you get hired as a chef and your burning toast pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

We go several times a week. I am gluten free and am able to have several kinds of bread for sandwiches. Our server of choice is Donald P and he always is so helpful . WE also love Shannon and most of the crew. It is a good place to go when you just want to be comfortable and enjoy a good meal

The waitresses and waiter are the very best. They quickly take care of the Patrons but always seem to have time for a little small talk.

I can't believe how great my meal was! The fish, scallops and shrimp were done to perfection. The mashed potatoes and homemade gravy were fantastic. Even the tartar sauce was great (I liked that it was made from scratch, not a Kraft prepackaged deal). My daughter said her wrap was excellent. I really can't remember when I had such a great meal that was reasonably priced! Thx

Situated inside Greece town mall. Plenty of parking, well lit and plenty of handicapped parking. Entry to the mall and the restaurant were full handicapped accessible. They offer a full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We've had all 3 and service and food very good. Although a busy restaurant we found their attention to customer satisfaction never faltered while not seeming to interfere.

The service was very good. The greek salad was not up to my standards. It tasted good but not made like a greek salad should be.

My family has been stopping here to eat since my Mom was little. It was "Critics" then, but while the name changed the food and atmosphere has not. The menu is extensive, but that just makes our party of 5 all find something to eat! They still give it that home-cooked feel. Staff is always pleasant and patient with the kids.

Always a pleasure. Food is good with reasonable prices. Staff is always friendly. Dont be fooled by the one on East Main street. This one is significantly better.

All the employees were extremely friendly and service was fast! I got my fresh food only about 10 minutes after ordering! Fries were good but a little greasy for my taste. Will definitely be coming back.

Same menu as Jim's on Main, same amazing service, same amazing food. The Gyro Omelette special on weekends is the best, I get it every time I'm in Rochester. Don't forget to add a side of tzatziki for maximum flavor!
